Check for a folder titled RCT3. You'll find a number of subdirectories. Sandbox games are saved into the "Parks" folder - Just copy all of the .dat files, or just the content of everythig in the RCT3 folder over to your new computer. After putting the .DAT files into the parks folder, the file will accessable from the Load menu in Sandbox mode.
